Annual Conference Exhibitor Information

Registration Opens June 8

The MN AWWA Annual Conference features Vendor Displays on Wednesday of the Annual Conference in the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center (DECC) Pioneer Hall. The Vendor Displays are only open on Wednesday from 10:00 am - 3:30 pm.  Vendor setup is Wednesday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, and break down is Wednesday from 3:30 to 4 pm.

This year, there are two (2) options for Booth Registration:

Booth - Basic Registration (Wednesday ONLY)
$355/$525  (AWWA Member/Non-Member)

Cost includes booth fee, plus two (2) booth passes for Wednesday Only.

Additional Booth passes for Weds Only  are $60/each

Booth - COMBO Registration - With Conference
$700/$830 (AWWA Member/Non-Member)

Cost includes booth plus two (2) FULL Conference Registrations. Full Conference includes all activities Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Additional Representatives can be added on for Full Conference, or selected day(s)

ELECTRICAL SERVICE:
Electric is not included with booth purchase. Electric costs $55 and should be added on during the registration process (select "Electrical Service" from Related Products).

Booth-Basic Registration does NOT include Full Conference Registration, nor the option to add on conference days!

If you want a booth and plan to stay and attend the Conference on Thursday and Friday, select be sure to select the BOOTH-COMBO registration option.
