This training is completely FREE and is specifically designed for Small Systems.  This training is provided through a grant from EPA, and in conjunction with AWWA and EFCN (Environmental Finance Center Network).

Why Attend

The objective of the workshop is to provide financial tools to ensure systems delivers safe, reliable water at fair rates for years to come.

Topics include:

- Rate setting

- Capital planning

- Controlling costs 

- Available loans and grants 

Information will be shared in lecture format, through interactive exercises, sharing of case examples, and by soliciting and answering participant system-specific questions and scenarios. 

Who Should Attend 

This workshop is designed for drinking water system owners, operators, clerks, treasurers, elected officials, town managers, and finance officers.

This workshop is designed for water systems serving 10,000 or fewer customers, though systems of any size may attend.
