This is an 8-week course where each week the attendees will be given training materials and working assignments.  Some of the topics will be: General Math; Filtration; Lime Softening; Membrane & Ion Exchange; Disinfection; Regulations, Source Water, Water Quality, and Sampling.  Attendance will be taken at each session.  Each student must bring with them to every session: a calculator (phone calculators not allowed), pen/pencils, and note paper.  Priority for this class are people who have been on the waitlist already, and for those who are planning on taking their B water or A water examination sometime this year.  The course is also a great training opportunity for anyone who wants to remind themselves all they’ve forgotten about advanced water operations science and principles.  Come prepared with questions and ready to participate in open conversations.
