Advanced Treatment Technologies Workshop - Chlorine Disinfection

The focus of this one day workshop is chlorine disinfection. The topics will include breakpoint chlorination, chlorine safety, chlorine generation, disinfection by-products, and others. Doors will open at 6:45 with the workshop starting at 7:00 am. Parking will be at the Civic Plaza Building parking lot, across 98th Street to the south of the public works building. The workshop will end at 3:00 pm. Light breakfast and lunch is included. This class is worth 6 (six) contact hours.

The cost of the training is $60.00 before September 20; after that date it will be $70.00.  Space is limited to 65 people.

Travel to Bloomington Water Treatment Plant (9300 Poplar Bridge Road) for tour of the plant.  Class ends at 3:00 pm.
