Annual Conference Exhibitor Information

The MN AWWA Annual Conference features Vendor Displays on Wednesday of the Annual Conference in the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center (DECC) Pioneer Hall. The Vendor Displays are only open on Wednesday from 10:00 am - 3:30 pm.  Vendor setup is Wednesday from 7:00 am to 9:00 am, and break down is Wednesday from 3:30 to 4 pm.

The cost for a Vendor Booth is $345 for AWWA Members and $500 for Non-AWWA Members. The Booth fee includes two (2) badges for booth holder representatives to attend the conference for Wednesday only. Booth holders can purchase additional vendor badges for $60 each.

Booth Registration is SEPARATE from Conference Registration! If you plan to stay and attend the Conference Thursday and Friday, you must register separately for Full Conference or individual days.
