Conference Council Overview
Purpose
To be responsible for coordinating all aspects of planning and logistics for the Minnesota Section Annual Fall Conference.
Action Items/Tasks
- Provide educational opportunities.
- Secure a site and negotiate a contract with the proposed facility for the Annual Conference (Conference location and final contract is subject to approval by the Board).
- Work with others to prepare announcements, show setup and schedule for the Annual Conference.
- Prepare a detailed budget for the Annual Conference and present to the Board for approval.
- Work together with Conference Facilities to provide all arrangements for the Conference.
