Small Systems Committee

Purpose

To be a link between small systems and AWWA. To attract small systems into AWWA by providing assistance and mentoring through the use of section training and networking. To draw small systems that are not part of, or participating in, AWWA functions.

Action Items/Tasks

• Sponsor an individual members to AWWA in each of the six districts. Recognize a small system at the annual section awards banquet. Develop and discuss mentoring program criteria.
• Have a Small Systems Committee gathering at the section conference to discuss the next year’s goals and objectives.
