Management School Committee
Purpose
To coordinate the Midwest Regional Water Utility Management Institute.
Action Items/Tasks
- Develop a marketing plan to increase future attendance including:
- working with the Association and other Sections to attract participants from other regions.
- encourage past graduates to promote the Institute with friends and business associates.
- encourage past graduates to attend a second Institute.
- Coordinate with the Scholarship Committee to provide 6 scholarships at $495 (plus travel expenses) to potential attendees.
- Develop requirements of scholarship awardees to provide feedback that will assist in the promotion of the Management Institute (i.e. follow-up letter, meet with committee, give short talk at District school(s) and/or other Section meetings).
- Increase Management Institute members to provide assistance with planning of additional management seminars.
