1)        Draft Guidance Document – Committee voted on and approved the guidance document as is.  It was agreed to make major changes on an annual basis…minor changes as needed.  Committee agreed to eliminate list of members and contact info from the guidance document as this information can be readily found on the YP website.

E.     Sub-Committee Reports

1)        Membership (Todd Butz)Todd discussed the primary goal of the membership committee is to contact and recruit younger individuals in the water industry.  Todd is organizing a group panel of individuals in the water industry to talk to either high schools and/or college students regarding career paths.  The goal for timing of the panel is early this fall.  Brian Zinnell added that there is no reason why the speakers on the panel can’t be those from outside the YP committee.  Todd asked that members contact him if interested or if they know of someone interested to sit on the panel.

2)        Social (Brian Zinnel) – See above notes regarding the Cold Spring Brewery tour.
