Administrative & Policy Council Overview

Purpose

To be responsible for the overview of broad aspects of the Section’s activities, particularly related to organization, finances, and administration.

Action Items/Tasks

• Optimize organizational structure and administrative practices.
• Facilitate an Annual Leadership Retreat for the Board of Governors and assist with Five Year Strategic Planning.
• Review and update organization documents with a focus on “Organizational Structure”.
• Improve technology usage for services/products delivery.
• Facilitate efficient volunteer involvement.
• Continue to promote “organizing and recognizing” of volunteers for Section and Association involvement and recognition.
